The video below shows pyrotechnics used on Brunel's suspension bridge as part of the 2012 Olympic torch run.  The sequence was designed on ShowSim by Skyburst Fireworks out of UK.  The original ShowSim video used to win the contract can be seen on Vimeo using the link below, and demonstrates ShowSim's ability to create daytime displays and also the use of confetti streamers:
